DIFFERENT WEBS TO FIND LANGUAGE SWAPS
One of them (pretty good, actually) is called the Mixxer (http://www.language-exchanges.org/)
The Mixxer is a free educational site for language learners and teachers to find a language partner for a language exchange. The language partner is someone who speaks the language you study as their native language and is studying your native language. The partners then meet online to help each other practice and learn a foreign language.
Total number of Individuals looking for a language exchange : 7745
Total number of Teachers looking for a language exchange for a class : 190
So give it a try and I'm sure you'll find a language partner there.
Another one is SHARED TALK (http://www.sharedtalk.com/)
And then try finding new webs by typing some key words like LANGUAGE EXCHANGE, LANGUAGE SWAP, etc in any search engine (google.co.uk/yahoo.co.uk/yahoo.com...)
Hope this helps
